Round tables and foldable chairs can be added on as you book (6 tables / 50 chairs available) for $95.
Our spacious, open, and naturally-lit studio space is perfect for intimate gatherings, micro weddings, workshops, or creative projects.
Each rental includes access to the full 3000 sqft space, with gorgeous natural light and huge windows, amazing hardwood floors, a kitchenette, and built in sound system.
The studio has large windows facing north and west.
There is a kitchenette on-site with a refrigerator.
Bathrooms are located on the first and second floors; the first-floor bathroom is ADA accessible.
We also have a small conference room available for changing, small storage, etc.
There is ample metered street parking available.
The space is suitable for events for up to 49 people.
WHAT TYPES OF USES ARE ALLOWED IN THE SPACE?

Up to 49 people; we include up to 49 chairs in the rental as well.
IS YOUR STUDIO ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, there is a entry ramp from our west parking lot as well as an elevator in the building. The first floor building bathroom is ADA accessible.
DO YOU PROVIDE PUBLIC WIFI?
Yes, we provide high-speed internet access to renters.
IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes, we keep the space the space comfortable throughout the seasons; also we have ample window ventilation.
WHAT ABOUT FOOD AND DRINK?
You are welcome to provide your own licensed caterer for your event, as well as serve alcohol. Please note we do not have a prep kitchen (we do not have a stovetop, oven, or other kitchen prep appliances). Our kitchen is equipped with a fridge, smaller sink, counter space, and plenty of outlets.
